Package 1
Sacred Belly Bind & Moxibustion Treatment

This is a one-time service
(This treatment is best to start between 5-10 days after vaginal birth, or 6 weeks after cesarean birth.)
With this offering, I will apply up to 13 cones of moxa, which is derived from mugwort (artemisia vulgaris,) to the umbilicus. This will create a deep warmth for the new mama that is found to be profoundly comforting. Moxibustion has been known to:
• Help promote the circulation of blood
• Build Qi, the energy of everything
• Promote increased immune function
• Treat and prevent uterine/anal prolapse
After the moxibustion treatment, I will wrap mama’s torso with a belly bind. This ancient practice will help promote easier healing for mama, giving much needed support to her pelvic floor, internal organs and pelvic bowl/hips. This helps to gently boost the natural mending of the body after months of carrying her new babe, and birthing them earth-side, no matter the method.
Mama is gifted with the belly bind, as I will teach her how to use it. I will also gift mama a Sacred Birth Journal to help tell her story.
Package 2
Hot Stone Abdominal Press & Sacred Belly Bind $159

(This treatment is best to start between 5-10 days after vaginal birth, or 6 weeks after cesarean birth.)
Deep heat on the abdomen is profoundly healing and helps promote a sense of comfort to any new mama. With the hot stone press, I will heat a river stone (that is lovingly selected) and place it over herbs and spices that will not only smell delicious but are also deeply warming. The stone and spices are then wrapped in cloth and soaked in warmed oil. I will press the stone wrap over the belly which will help expel excess gas, ease digestion, soothe constipation, break up lochia, flatten the stomach and nourish the womb space.
After the belly press treatment, I will wrap mama’s torso with a belly bind. Package 3
Vaginal Steaming (V-Steam/Yoni Steam) $200 (4 weekly sessions)

ALL INITIAL SESSIONS WILL BE 10 MINUTES OF ACTIVE STEAMING. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
I treat the ceremony of Vaginal Steaming with deep reverence for the medicine it provides to women of all ages, and with all ailments. The vaginal tissue is extremely porous and steaming helps aid in keeping us rooted in a most sacred space and mindset.
With this service, I will come to your home for the initial session and set up the steaming throne, prepare the herbs, and provide a cloak if needed. I will teach you all the steps so that the following sessions are facilitated by you, but I am just a message away if you have any questions. As you rest after your first steam service, you have the option to have oil applied to your face, chest, and arms.
An in-depth discovery of your menstrual history and allergies are reviewed before our initial meeting. Very specific herbs are then selected based on your body’s needs. As mentioned above your first steam session will be 10 minutes of active steaming. After we determine your body’s liking to this service, we will then decide if your steaming session will be extended the following week.
For the new mama, this service helps release lochia, which is the blood that flows from our body after giving birth. It also helps in the relaxation of our organs back to the size/position that it was pre-pregnancy.

Package 4
Bathing & Tea Ceremony $145

This is a one-time service
Water is transformative. Water is healing. Water holds the memory of our primal ancestors and is a gift to our loving descendants. With a ceremonial bath, I will come to your home, energetically cleanse your bathroom, and create a space full of love and flowers for you to immerse your body and soul into. I will adorn you with a flower crown and gift you with a rose quartz that you can hold to your body as you sink deeply into the waters of self-love.
You have 3 options for your bath: Milk & Honey, Flower Infused, or Herb D’light. We will speak more in-depth prior to your ceremony to decide specifics for your day of celebration.
We will cap the day with tea, talk, and journaling.
Package 5
Sealing Ceremony (One-one-one $300 or as a Gathering $450)

This is a one-time service

This day is one of my most beloved ceremonies to perform. Any new mom has been broken open, raw and tender, and needs to be welcomed back home in the loving arms of her sisters.
​
This day can be celebrated as one-on-one, or in the company of other women who support our mama. In a group setting, this gathering can be quite fun as a pot-luck!
The mama will experience:
• A Ceremonial Bath
• Moxibustion or Hot Stone Belly Press
• Belly Bind
• Sealing Ceremony
• Salt Bowl Ceremony
• Tea Ceremony
• Loving Ceremony
• Celebrating Ceremony
